Crowdbabble currently supports Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. If you would like to see any additional social networks, let us know.

How will I be billed?

How far back does the data go?

We start tracking all your data from the day you add a new social account. Going forward, we store all this data for you on an unlimited basis.

Historical data is captured as follows:
Facebook: Data goes back to January 2018.
Instagram: Data goes back to January 2018.
Twitter: Data goes back 7 days (sometimes you may be able to get more data).

What if I decide to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. No questions asked. No penalties. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll still have access to Crowdbabble until the end of that billing period.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

No problem. You can switch plans at any time, even during a free trial. Pick the plan that seems like the best fit and try it out. You can always change your mind.

How do I export the social data in my time zone?

Social media data usually defaults to Pacific Standard Time (GMT -8:00) or some other random time zone, based on the headquarters of each social network.

This can get confusing. So, we’ve made it really easy to view your reports based on any time zone of your choosing.

Then, you can export the data and reports in the format you need (image/PNG, Excel, CSV, PDF) with just a single click. Put away the tylenol!
